Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from A Bit of Britain. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns subject to the following conditions.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.

• All original packaging must be included and in perfect, resaleable condition.

• Products must not be damaged, marked, altered, or show any signs of use.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
